Hornudden har l\u00e5ng erfarenhet av att arbeta med ungdomar. De ser att de kan fylla ett behov f\u00f6r dessa ungdomar, som ben\u00e4mns \u201dhemmasittare\u201d. Ungdomarna finns nu inom kommunens aktivitetsansvar men det erbjuder endast aktiviteter vid ett par tillf\u00e4llen i veckan och m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger saknas praktikplatser som passar de mest utsatta. Tanken var att praktiken p\u00e5 Hornudden ska ske i Hornuddens ordinarie arbete men med avstamp i varje ungdoms individuella handlingsplan.
