M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att skapa caf\u00e9- och konferensverksamhet som ska komplettera den redan befintliga verksamheten. Tack vare projektet kommer Oasen p\u00e5 \u00c5sen stimulera kompetensutveckling inom h\u00e5llbar odling och\u00a0h\u00e5llbar\u00a0mat och samtidigt bli en attraktivare m\u00f6tesplats. Projektet genomf\u00f6rs i samverkan med R\u00f6lunda G\u00e5rd, Gjordn\u00e4ra tunnelv\u00e4xthus, S\u00f6rmlands Matkluster och Katrineholm.<\/p>\n
