Wäsby Game Delicacies is a retailer of reindeer and moose meat from Arvidsjaur. The purpose of the project was for Wäsby Game Delicacies to establish new contacts within the industry and reach a new target group by participating in the food fair in Gothenburg, where this year's theme was ”food from scratch.”.
