Non-discrimination
Leader projects should have an inclusive approach that gives everyone equal opportunities to influence the design of the project, participate in its implementation and benefit from the project's results, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity.
Every project needs to consider how to work in a non-discriminatory manner and describe it in the project application.
Sustainable development
Leader projects should take planetary boundaries into account. Our work at the local level is connected to the rest of the world.
Therefore, anyone who wants to run a Leader project needs to make a plan for how to implement their idea in a socially, economically and environmentally sustainable way.
