The Nomination Committee and the Auditors

The Nomination Committee is tasked with submitting proposals for new board members for decision at the Annual General Meeting. The members of the Nomination Committee shall represent the seven member municipalities as well as the non-profit, public and private sectors.

The auditors work to ensure that the operations are conducted in an appropriate manner in accordance with laws, regulations and Leader Södermanland's decision to work for attractive and sustainable rural areas through cross-border cooperation.
