Planet caretakers in practice, children plant and protect trees, for the climate and for diversity

The Leader project, Planet Keepers in practice, children plant and protect trees, for the climate and for diversity, aimed to contribute to actions for climate and environment, by having landowners, municipalities, schools, parents, and children collaborate and also learn more about the role of trees in the ecosystem.

The goal was to investigate the conditions for, and on a small scale test, the possibility that children can, as part of the education, plant and protect trees. The project owner was Änggärdet Economic Association.
