About the project
The Leader Project, Vinegar Factory at Högtorp Farm in Mellösa, aimed to diversify operations, contribute to sustainable food production and innovation, by producing high-quality organic vinegar on a larger scale. The goal was to complete a vinegar factory with functioning production for vinegar on a larger scale, from at least two different bases. The project owner was Högtorp Farm in Mellösa.
